The UP Mindanao Cash Office is dedicated to performing its mandates and functions fairly, providing timely and accurate financial information, and serving the university community with efficiency and respect, while maintaining goodwill and accuracy in all operations.

FUNCTIONS OF THE CASH OFFICE

The Cash Office of the University oversees the collection and deposit of various project remittances, student and client payments, and payroll, ensuring timely deposits into designated banks. It also prepares checks for approved disbursements, maintains a comprehensive cash book, and compiles accurate financial reports for submission to the Accounting Office.
