MISSION

The CPDO managing the design and physical growth of the campus through the promotion of green technology and the application of codes and standards for an adaptive, sustainable, and liveable UP Mindanao Campus.


MANDATE

The mandate of the Campus Planning and Development Office (CPDO) of UP Mindanao is to support the Chancellor in the physical expansion of the university. This includes planning, developing, reviewing, assessing, recommending for approval, implementing, and monitoring infrastructure projects, both internally and externally. The CPDO is responsible for ensuring that the campus has state-of-the-art facilities to support the academic, research, and public service needs of UP Mindanao. This mandate also involves securing locations for construction projects and managing various projects in partnership with national agencies, private companies, and consultants. Additionally, the CPDO plays a crucial role in strategic planning for the university's physical growth and development, ensuring that infrastructure projects align with the university's goals and objectives.
