March 21, 2025 - The Office of the Vice President for Planning and Finance (OVPPF) and the Office of the Vice President for Administration (OVPA), in collaboration with the UP Diliman (UPD) Core Development Team and Rollout Teams, conducted the PUSO-BULSA Assessment Roadshow.
The primary participants of this event were staff from the Accounting, Budget, Cash, and Human Resource offices, as they play key roles in the implementation and use of the PUSO and BULSA systems. The event provided a platform for unit heads and approvers to discuss concerns and seek clarification regarding these systems. To manage the venue's capacity, each cluster—including the Office of the Chancellor (OC) units, OVCAA units, OVCA units, CHSS, CSM, and SOM—was requested to send only three (3) end-user processors for in-person attendance. Participants were also advised to bring their laptops or devices for system access during the session.
The OVPPF was represented by Vice President for Planning and Finance Iryn Balmores, along with Administrative Officer III Jamie Anne O. Fe, Asst. Prof. Benette Custodio, Asst. Prof. Georgina Ang Dy Pay, and Asst. Prof. Paola Marie Lim.
The roadshow served as an essential step in refining the implementation of PUSO and BULSA, ensuring that end-users were well-equipped and informed about the system's functionalities. The UP Mindanao Rollout Team was also present to engage with the core development team and contribute to the discussion.
The PUSO-BULSA Assessment Roadshow was crucial in enhancing system efficiency and addressing user concerns within UP Mindanao by fostering direct engagement and collaboration.
